Tomatos are my skin's BFF..

This delicious fruit provides a signifcant low amount of Sodium, Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is a very good source of Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Potassium and Manganese.
Given all the facts regarding the health benefits of consuming this fruit, I get an inkling that some foods are better suited and more beneficial for some individuals as opposed to others. I normally purchase a week supply at a time and make an attempt to consume one a day. Surprisingly enough, during the times when I skip out or miss out for periods, I notice the condition of my skin is not up to par as when I do consume on a more regular basis. Breakouts are lessened while inflammation and irritability of my skin is also reduced. Which also provides me with an enlightenment that nutrition is far more superior to a topial regimen in the combat against time.
LLAAAVVEE YOU TOMATO! =)

Red! Rouge! Red!

The color red was usually associated with tackiness only a couple years back however, these days I'm feeling quite an affinity to it! Red lipstick, shoes, pencil skirt, belt! I'm going on a slight craze...of course they won't necessarily be worn all together because too much is never a good thing and contrast is always needed but I'm loving the oomph a pop of red can bring!
Out of the numerous shades of red, one can't be too cautious when sporting such a loud color. The reds I'm loving consist of a deeper and rich shade!
