Hanskin Caviar Gold B.B Cream. A Review

What is BB cream you ask?
First of all, B.B stands for Blemish Balm cream, a supposed celebrity secret to naturally flawless looking skin. It was also intended for post-ops providing gentle coverage while giving your skin its needed moisture, nutrients for healing, anti-wrinkle, whitening, and reducing inflammation purposes all with the help of protective SPF ingredients. Sounds like a little fountain of youth in a tube doesn't it? There are so many companies that produce BB creams but through some readings, Hanskin seem to be the most renowned, this however is still a personal opinion. If I were more fluent in the korean language, I would definitely investigate further but unfortunately, my first language is english.
According to the back of this product, I'm reading that this product contains aloe, Vitamin B, adenosine, arbutin, titanium dioxide, somethings I've never heard of, and some parabens for preservation.
The first thing I noticed about this product is that it's very gentle. Through the use of retinol based products, a week or so throughout the month I have ridiculously raw skin. When I apply 'MakeUp Forever Invisible HD Foundation' it definitely stings along with anything else I apply on my face. This however does not! Smooth sailing!
-In terms of coverage, it's very sheer. Almost like a tinted moisturizer but that being said, it would definitely be the best tinted moisturizer I've used yet! It still manages to even out skin tone and spread out beautifully like it's my own skin.
-Staying power, surprisingly longer lasting than expected..I had used this throughout my trip in Mexico and it standed against all the sweating and heat associated with the carribeans! I did however top it off with loose powder and I must say, applying a loose powder to set is a must.
-My skin has not reacted with this product at all... did not cause breakouts nor irritation.
-Anti-aging, whitening, effects I can't say I've noticed any improvement in my skin, however it has not caused further damage.
-The spf has definitely helped weed out the bad effects of the sun! I used this throughout my stay in Mexico and it has lessened the freckling effect of the sun to my face! woot!

Once I'm finished with my HD foundation, I will never go back to foundation! BB cream all the way!
I've also sampled the Super Magic BB Cream from Hanskin and ICS and the coverage is definitely heavier.

*sigh* FINALS!

I really should be studying right now but much like my last post, I just can't. I have just 2 more finals to go. One and the only one I'm really worried about is tomorrow..but what am I doing? of course on the laptop wasting more time! I'm not so much worried about my 2nd one just because I already have an A anyway..I'm sure maintaining it won't be so difficult. =) It's been a long while since my last post and the gaps seem to becoming longer and longer and I do apologize for that. This summer will definitely be different and posts will be alot more frequent I promise! *wink*

So, a couple things I wanted to mention to everyone. Hot yoga, hot yoga, hot yoga! It is one the best things you could for yourself. I must warn you however that you will sweat like you've never sweat before! but that's what I love about it. It feels like a thorough release of the built up toxins in your body. You must drink lots of water, to replenish your body of the loss of course, and try to push, push and push yourself in perfecting those poses and never! never look over to another person because I assure you, you will laugh and break your concentration. It's just amazing..you must try!

So, I did a little internet splurging yesterday. I really shouldn't be just because, well I'm currently unemployed. I'm hoping that will change soon because there are too many things I need to purchase for the summer and of course I need to be able to afford my summer vacations! I'm also trying to turn in a new leaf by not wasting my days..sometimes, sleeping in feels soo good but anymore, I just feel like a useless blob. Once my finals are over I'm writing my resume and applying everywhere! I must...yes, I must. So I purchased a few things, 5 eyeshadows, 2 blushes , lipstick, 3 lipglosses, 3 blouses, yes, 3 but they're all independently unique and so adorable! and last but not least a high waist skirt..
when I write that out, it sounds like quite alot of goodies but to me, that list is so incomplete!

Couple more items to add onto the list eventually are...Baby Quasar Red & Blue, a nourishing lip balm, summer foundation, eyebrow tint kit, and more summer clothes! urgh, so many things to buy and so little income...*sigh*

Back from Mexico!

Oooh, it's been awhile since my last post. It is the month of finals and last assignments afterall so I've been a tad busy. Even right now, I should be working on the remaining last assignments but my brain is pulling me to the opposite direction! the direction being anywhere but to my hw! I'm such a procrastinator, and I sometimes wonder if that'll ever change.. I'm hoping it will sooner or later...I can only hope to grow up one day.
So mexico was definitely a vacation I needed. Desperately needed to get away from the cold and just get away from alot of things, even for just a little while. Here will be some pictures of beauty I was surrounded by the whole week!
